iPhone SportyPal 1.0.2
iPhone users can now update their version of SportyPal by visiting the App Store. Here’s what we changed in the new version:
- Corrupted workouts fixed. You should be able to upload workouts made with this version (1.0.2).
- You can now share your workouts on Facebook and Twitter directly. See this post for instructions on how to enable the Facebook sharing feature.
- All of the workout types that are available on the website are now available on the iPhone.
- GPS signal fix should be faster.
You can use this link to open the SportyPal page in iTunes.

Question — it says it’s uploading to Twitter, but doesn’t appear on Twitter. Not sure where to check settings.

Check the My Profile -> Application settings -> Twitter autopost setting. If it’s off, you should be allowed to enter your Twitter username and password.

I use my iPhone during my workouts. I am noticing that when I have 2 workouts in one day i.e., morning/afternoon walk and merge them together via my laptop, the calorie total is only 1/3 of the actual calorie count should be. Is there merging capabilities with the iPhone? Has anyone else experencing this issue. Thanks.
